The Urban Development Department and the Friends of the Princess Grace Rose Garden Association will host the 4th Public Prize presentation as part of the 7th International New Rose Competition on Wednesday, June 19, at the Princess Grace Rose Garden.
For the first time, there will be a charity sale of award-winning rose bushes from previous competitions starting at 10 AM. Proceeds will benefit the Princess Grace Foundation, with a minimum price of €10 per rose bush (limited quantities available).
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Princess Grace Rose Garden, various activities will be offered throughout the day: a treasure hunt for children, guided tours to (re)discover the Rose Garden, an exhibition of watercolors by Tony Szabo, and the creation of a collective artwork led by artist Mr. OneTeas.
The festivities will culminate with the Public Prize presentation at 4 PM, followed by the unveiling of the collective artwork and a musical performance to enjoy the Rose Garden into the evening.
