In a celebration of creativity, culture, and conscious living, luxury water brand Monacqua has unveiled a striking new collaboration with Italian-American artist George Condo. Revealed at Villa Paloma in the presence of Princess Alexandra of Hanover, Condo’s goddaughter, this six-month limited edition marks a vibrant new chapter for the brand founded in 2022 by Monaco resident Geeta Kalwani.
The design, featured on 100,000 Monacqua bottles in both glass and eco-friendly carton, reflects Condo’s signature surrealism. “I see it as a portrait of the Monegasque woman,” Kalwani said at the launch. “It’s bold, introspective, complex — and ultimately joyful.”
For Condo, whose history with Monaco runs deep — from past collaborations with Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo to an exhibition at Villa Paloma in 2022 — the partnership feels like a natural evolution. Björn Dahlström, Director of the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco, reflected on the artist’s long-standing ties to the Principality, calling the collaboration “a return home.”
Monacqua, known for its low-mineral spring water sourced directly from Italy and Germany, continues to champion sustainability. The limited edition collection will be available at select high-end restaurants and retailers, including Song-Qi and Carrefour. A portion of all sales will benefit the Princess Grace Foundation, reinforcing the brand’s philanthropic commitment.
Adding to the excitement, a selection of bottles signed by George Condo himself will be auctioned later this year by renowned art dealer Simon de Pury, with proceeds going to the Foundation.
As Monacqua merges modern art with mindful living, this collaboration not only quenches thirst — it elevates the everyday into something extraordinary.
