A Civic Hub Restored: Monaco’s Espace Lamartine Reopens After Two-Year Closure

Espace Lamartine, a primary municipal community space located at 19 Boulevard Princesse Charlotte, has officially reopened its doors following an closure of nearly two years triggered by severe water damage.

The official reopening was marked in the presence of Mayor Georges Marsan alongside members of the Communal Council. The facility’s return brings back a dedicated local hub designed for community gathering, wellness, and social life in the Principality.

To mark the occasion, municipal authorities hosted open-house days, welcoming visitors to inspect the updated premises, meet the staff, and review a programming schedule featuring more than 200 monthly gatherings. The year-round lineup encompasses a broad array of initiatives, including sports, cultural events, and wellness activities.
