The establishment, which officially opened its doors this June, is situated at the Monte-Carlo Beach, positioning itself as a venue where coastal scenery meets gastronomic tradition.
The restaurant is headlined by Chef Simone Zanoni, whose menu focuses on sun-drenched Mediterranean flavors and generous sharing plates designed to evoke the essence of La Dolce Vita. With an emphasis on the venue’s panoramic ocean views, the restaurant aims to cultivate an atmosphere of effortless elegance, catering to long, relaxed lunches that transition into sunset, as well as celebratory evening dining.
