MONACO — In a spirited display of transatlantic camaraderie, l’Association MonacoUSA will mark America’s Independence Day with a festive Fourth of July celebration on the shores of Port Hercule. The event, open to the public, will take place at the Restaurant de la Société Nautique de Monaco, adjacent to the Yacht Club, beginning at 6 p.m.
A hallmark of Monaco’s international community, the annual gathering draws both American expatriates and local residents in celebration of the shared values of liberty and fellowship. This year, guests will enjoy a generous buffet of classic American fare: flame-grilled burgers, sticky ribs, sweet corn on the cob, and the ever-indulgent macaroni and cheese—prepared and served by the Société Nautique’s culinary team.
In keeping with the occasion, the venue—and guests—will be adorned in the bold hues of red, white, and blue. A prize will be awarded for the most patriotic costume, encouraging attendees to embrace their inner Uncle Sam or Lady Liberty. Adding rhythm to the revelry, live R&B music will be performed by the soulful and energetic Fat Cat Hackett, promising an evening of dance and celebration beneath the Riviera sky.
Tickets are priced at €100 per person, with a discounted rate of €75 available to registered members of MonacoUSA. All tickets must be purchased in advance, no later than June 25.
To reserve a table, guests are invited to contact the organizers directly at monacousa.mc@gmail.com. Further details and updates can be found on the MonacoUSA Facebook page.
As the Principality plays host to this American tradition, the event stands as a reminder of Monaco’s enduring role as a global crossroads - where cultures meet, and friendships flourish.
