Scheduled to open its doors on April 5, 2024, Amazónico Monte-Carlo is poised to redefine the culinary and entertainment landscape of Monaco. Nestled atop the newly revamped Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, this establishment overlooks the legendary Place du Casino, offering a panoramic view that is as breathtaking as its dining experience.
Created by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco in Madrid in 2010, the Amazónico brand has since expanded to London and Dubai, gaining acclaim for its unique blend of gastronomy and festivity. In partnership with the D.ream Group, Amazónico Monte-Carlo is set to join the historic core of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, injecting new life into the local dining and entertainment scene in true Monte-Carlo fashion.
Amazónico Monte-Carlo promises an immersive journey along the Amazon River, encapsulating the culture, ambiance, and flavors of the regions bordering the world's largest river. The venue boasts a variety of spaces, including a lounge bar, restaurant, and private club, spread across an interior and a nearly 1000 m² terrace, all designed by artist and decorator Lázaro Rosa-Violan. This setting, inspired by the lush, verdant rainforest, offers a seamless blend of opulence and nature.
The culinary offerings, curated by Sandro Silva, draw from the rich tapestry of Amazonian cuisine, with influences from tropical Latin America, Asia, and the Mediterranean. Diners can expect a harmonious mix of traditional and modern cooking techniques, featuring seasonal ingredients alongside Monaco's finest produce.
Beyond its gastronomic allure, Amazónico Monte-Carlo is a beacon of vibrant, electrifying celebrations. Live performances featuring Latin jazz, bossa nova, and Cuban music set the tone in the restaurant, while the Bar & Lounge and Club areas pulsate with "electro-pical" beats, a signature blend of electronic and Latin rhythms. The experience is further enhanced by the bar's mixologist, who crafts 100% Amazónico cocktails and original creations.
Reserved exclusively for restaurant patrons, the Club offers a more intimate setting behind a mysteriously leopard-print staircase. Here, guests can revel until the early hours, enjoying captivating cocktails and the sounds of a resident DJ.

Amazónico Monte-Carlo will be located at Place du Casino, MC 98000 Monaco, welcoming guests nightly from 6 pm to 4 am starting April 5, 2024. Reservations can be made through the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer website.
