Bagatelle Courchevel Reopens, Blending Alpine Glamour and Mediterranean Flavors

Perched at 2,250 meters in the heart of the French Alps, Bagatelle Courchevel returns this season with its signature blend of high-altitude gastronomy and French art de vivre. With a 500-square-meter chalet and a sweeping terrace overlooking the mythical Trois Vallées, it unfolds as a panoramic stage where cuisine, music, mixology and views come elegantly together. This winter also unveils a brand-new lounge, designed as an intimate alpine escape, perfect for elegant pauses with breathtaking panoramic views that feel straight out of a postcard.

The culinary experience is orchestrated by Corporate Chef Rocco Seminara, alongside Pastry Chef Manon Santini, joined by Executive Chef Jules Pronost. Together, they shape a menu rooted in refined Mediterranean influences while embracing Alpine soul. Highlights include the Eggplant parmigiana, delicate Ravioli “Del Plin” with Castelmagno and black truffle, Spunta potato with seared foie gras and Albufera sauce, each dish crafted with indulgence and contemporary finesse.

More than a restaurant, Bagatelle Courchevel orchestrates a spirited atmosphere punctuated by DJ sets, live performances and curated collaborations, transforming winter lunches into vibrant high-altitude celebrations. Attracting skiers and non-skiers alike, it continues to stand as a glamorous landmark for style, pleasure and gastronomy in Courchevel 1850.

Bagatelle Courchevel is located at Sommet de Loze in Courchevel 1850 and welcomes guests daily for sun-lit lunches, après-ski, and unforgettable winter moments. The venue reopens in December 2025.
