Beyond Observation: Immersive Simulators Bring Monaco’s Racing History to Life

Complementing its summer retrospective on motoring heritage, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco is offering visitors an opportunity to step into the driver’s seat through two specialized driving simulators. Situated in the main hall of the venue directly at the exhibition’s entrance, the installations provide an interactive extension to "Monaco et l'Automobile, de 1893 à nos jours".

Designed to recreate the physical sensations of professional motor racing, the experience features both a Formula 1 simulator and a Rally simulator. Guests can participate before or after touring the historical exhibition.

The driving experience is accessible to visitors aged 13 and older who meet a minimum height requirement of 1.50 meters. Sessions are priced at €20 for 12 minutes, with payment accepted via bank card or cash. The simulators operate daily from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and reopen from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Organized with the assistance of the Automobile Club de Monaco, the broader exhibition receives key support from CMB Monaco, Sotheby's, Groupe Marzocco, Groupe Segond Automobiles, and Acqua Fiuggi. Every institutional partner and Contributor involved has helped curate an experience that combines historical archive with contemporary interactive technology.
