On September 24, a high-level roundtable was held at the Hôtel Whitby, initiated by Tony Blair and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, with Prince Albert II of Monaco in attendance. The event focused on climate action, bringing together government officials, philanthropists, and industry leaders to discuss strategies across nature, technology, and communication.
Prince Albert II emphasized the urgent need for collective action, stating that nature cannot defend itself and relies on communities, institutions, and decision-makers. He called for clear government policies and innovative solutions, highlighting the role of private investments and initiatives like the Fondation a lancé le Fonds ReOcean. This fund supports innovators tackling plastic pollution, restoring ecosystems, promoting sustainable aquaculture, and utilizing ocean data.

The roundtable also noted the joint effort with the Paul G. Allen Foundation to establish the Global Coral Reef Fund, which combines public and private funding to protect reefs and mobilize billions for sustainable community projects. The discussion underscored the importance of technology for monitoring impact and governance to build trust, asserting that viable solutions already exist.
The meeting reinforced collaboration between the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative, and the Minderoo Foundation, aiming to strengthen resilience and address climate financing challenges.
