Commemoration and Diplomacy: Monaco Marks Belgian National Day at Historic Monument

On the occasion of Belgian National Day, local dignitaries and diplomatic representatives assembled along Boulevard de Belgique for a commemorative ceremony honoring the shared history between the Principality and the Kingdom of Belgium.
The remembrance gathering took place at the base of the monument dedicated to the memory of King Albert I. Situated on Boulevard de Belgique, the memorial served as the focal point for official tributes.
Among the key figures present for the observance was Nancy Dotta-Van Tendeloo, Honorary Consul of Belgium in Monaco. As part of the official proceedings, a floral wreath was laid at the monument on behalf of the Mairie de Monaco by Deputy Mayor Marjorie Crovetto, who represented the Mayor during the ceremony.
