Council of Europe Delegates Gather in Monaco for Historic Ministerial Meeting

On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, the Mayor of Monaco, Georges Marsan, accompanied by André J. Campana, Deputy Mayor, and Isabelle Costa, Secretary General of the Mairie de Monaco, welcomed the Delegates of the Ministers of the Council of Europe at the Jardin Exotique de Monaco.
The official reception was held on the eve of the 1567th meeting of the Ministers' Delegates, which was exceptionally organized in Monaco under the framework of the Monegasque Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The subsequent meeting convened on Wednesday, September 2, allowing delegates to address several current affairs topics.
