Dance Festival, finally back to Place du Casino

Once again, the Monte-Carlo Ballets, the Princily Government, and the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer have joined forces to organize an exceptional event dedicated entirely to dance, where the audience, artists, and dancers will mix throughout the Casino district, particularly on its famous square, transformed into a unique dance floor in the world.

Conceived by the Choreographer-Director of the Monte-Carlo Ballets, Jean-Christophe Maillot, the concept of "F(ê)aites de la Danse" aims to make spectators actors in the event and to make them dance freely and for free for one night. The first edition was realized in 2017 and, given its success, the event returns with a dazzling program from July 8 at 6 p.m. until the following noon.

Nearly 250 artists will dance to serve the public and give them an unforgettable moment. A dance marathon, a guinguette, a giant barre, initiation workshops to world dances, flash mobs, choreographic performances, an open-air disco, orchestras, ballroom dancing, inclusive dancing, a DetOx morning, and more will make this moment a great artistic and festive meeting.

In different locations around the Casino square, a popular and quality culinary offer, in the spirit of a grand picnic, designed and coordinated by chef Philippe Joannes, Director of Monte-Carlo Catering events for the Monte-Carlo SBM Group, will allow participants to eat at any time.
