Ferrari’s Formula 1 Heritage Takes Center Stage at the YCM Marina

As the high-pitched wail of vintage engines begins to echo through the narrow corridors of Monte Carlo, a new chapter in automotive history is unfolding at the water’s edge. From April 23 to 26, 2026, the YCM Marina is hosting the inaugural Cavallino Classic Monaco, the first-ever Concours d’Elegance devoted entirely to Ferrari Formula 1 cars.

The event coincides with the 15th Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, organized by the Automobile Club de Monaco. By placing these extraordinary single-seaters within the marina of the Yacht Club de Monaco, the exhibition centers nearly 80 years of racing DNA in the very streets where the Maranello marque’s legend was forged. Since 1929, the Principality has represented a captivating stop on the racing calendar, and this week, the machines that defined that history return to their spiritual home.

A Technical Journey Through Speed

The curated selection offers a chronological map of Ferrari’s mechanical evolution, allowing enthusiasts to trace the trajectory of the Scuderia through several defining eras of engineering. The exhibition features a range of historic machines, including the thunderous V12 of Chris Amon’s 312 F1-69 and the high-revving V10 of Michael Schumacher’s F2004. Also on display are the 248 F1 from 2006 - the final Ferrari raced by the seven-time world champion - and Fernando Alonso’s F10 from 2010.

In a significant tribute to the marque's longevity, the event honors the 75th anniversary of Ferrari’s first Formula 1 victory. Through a special partnership with the Automobile Club de Monaco, several of these cars are scheduled to take to the circuit for an emotional "all-red" parade, a moving celebration of the competitive spirit that has defined the company since its founding.

Global Legacy and Strategic Support

Cavallino Classic Monaco arrives as part of the 35th-anniversary celebrations of the original Palm Beach Cavallino Classic. Since its acquisition by Canossa and its integration into the duPont REGISTRY Group, the brand has expanded its global footprint, establishing new editions in Modena and Abu Dhabi.

The event is supported by RM Sotheby’s, Riva, Richard Mille, Moët & Chandon, and Ferrari Style. For four days, the YCM Marina serves as a sanctuary for maritime heritage and automotive excellence, offering guests a privileged position overlooking the circuit. This is more than a contest of elegance; it is a celebration of the legacy and speed that continue to define the Prancing Horse.
