Originally opened as Café Divan during the initial development of the Principality's central district, the site evolved alongside Monaco’s transformation into an international center of commerce and diplomacy.
Over the course of more than a century, the venue’s structural footprint has expanded, undergoing multiple architectural overhauls to accommodate changing urban patterns while retaining its position as a primary gathering point.
The establishment operates daily from early morning until 3:00 a.m., serving as a staple of local life and a physical record of the Principality's modern history.
