Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, an emblematic Belle Époque landmark situated on Place du Casino, has completed a significant renovation ahead of the high season in August 2025. The project aimed to integrate state-of-the-art amenities while preserving the hotel’s historic grandeur, including its 209 guest rooms and the renowned Princess Grace Suite.
The renovation encompassed comprehensive updates to guest accommodations, public spaces, and technical infrastructure. While the hotel’s architectural heritage and ornate interiors remain intact, modern conveniences such as enhanced climate control, upgraded connectivity, and refined room layouts were introduced to meet contemporary luxury standards. The preservation of signature features, particularly the Princess Grace Suite, underscores the hotel’s commitment to honoring its storied past.
Culinary offerings remain a key pillar of Hôtel de Paris’s prestige. The hotel continues to operate three Michelin-starred restaurants: Louis XV – Alain Ducasse, Le Pavillon, and Le Grill. Each venue maintains its reputation for excellence under the guidance of celebrated chefs, delivering global culinary standards within the hotel’s historic context. Louis XV, awarded three Michelin stars, remains a gastronomic destination drawing international visitors, while Le Grill and Le Pavillon uphold their high culinary standing with refined Mediterranean menus.
Following the completion of renovations in spring 2025, the hotel fully reopened to guests in time for the busy summer season. By August, all upgraded facilities are operational, catering to an international clientele seeking a blend of heritage and modern comfort in Monaco’s most prestigious address.
