The International School of Monaco (ISM) has been recognized as one of the world’s premier private educational institutions, according to the latest edition of The Schools Index by Carfax Education. This prestigious listing, released on 15 October 2024, places ISM among the top 150 private schools globally and within the top 15 in Europe.
The Schools Index, now in its fifth year, is compiled by Carfax Education, a leading global education consultancy. Schools are evaluated by a panel of expert consultants and grouped by regions such as the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. The rankings consider not only academic performance but also the schools' ethos, reputation, and how well they prepare students for life beyond the classroom.
In addition to academic criteria, The Schools Index reviews factors like technological integration and sustainability practices. The guide provides essential details, including curriculum and tuition fees, and practical information like proximity to airports.
ISM’s Director, Stuart Bryan, expressed his delight at the recognition: "We are honored to be listed among the top schools in Europe and the world. This achievement reflects the hard work of our school community. With the opening of our new, state-of-the-art campus, we are excited to offer an even more enriching learning environment."
The Schools Index remains a valuable resource for parents globally, especially as families become increasingly mobile, seeking world-class education for their children no matter where they reside.
