Ixiim Flores: Recognized in the 2026 Monaco 40 over 40
Ixiim Flores, a visionary payments strategist, commercial executive, and champion of empowerment and inclusion, has been selected as one of the 2026 Monaco 40 over 40 honorees. The distinction celebrates professionals over 40 who demonstrate outstanding leadership in their fields and meaningful contributions through mentorship, innovation, and service.
With more than 28 years in payments and financial technology, Flores began her career at Wells Fargo in 1997 and advanced through senior roles at Bank of America Merchant Services as Senior Vice President, SpotOn as Executive Vice President, and Visa, where she served as Head of Strategy for U.S. Acquiring and Enablement. A Certified Payments Professional (ETA CPP), she has also contributed as Strategy and Partnership Consultant to the Electronic Transactions Association and as advisor to Confidence Systems.
Today, as Chief Commercial Officer of Health Logistics Group and PayGate Logistics, and Founder of Ixiim Flores Consulting, she drives commercial growth, simplifies healthcare payments, and delivers high-level payments strategy and advisory services that bridge technology with practical business outcomes. Flores leads with a philosophy of connecting, inspiring, empowering, and leading with joy.
Her selection for the Monaco 40 over 40 further recognizes her longstanding commitment to uplifting others. She serves on the Women of Vision Advisory Board at Flagler College, chairing committees and supporting scholarship fundraisers for women students. She mentors young professionals through the Electronic Transactions Association, advocates for DEI as a member of the Network of Executive Women’s Women of Color Advisory Council, and leverages her bilingual fluency and heritage to open pathways for emerging leaders through speaking, media contributions, and community service.
