Marking two decades of official diplomatic relations between Monaco and Slovenia, representatives from both nations gathered for a joint economic event aimed at bolstering bilateral commercial ties.
Organized by the Embassy of Monaco in Italy and Slovenia alongside the Invest Monaco initiative, the event brought together business leaders and institutional officials. High-level Monegasque entities - including bicycle manufacturer STAJVELO and sustainable technology provider DataGreen - participated in direct exchanges with Slovenian companies and government authorities.
A key outcome of the forum was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia and the Monaco Economic Board (MEB). The agreement establishes a formalized framework for trade, investment, and ongoing corporate collaboration between the two European nations.
Representing the Monaco Economic Board, Guillaume Rose noted that the agreement serves as "a starting point for fruitful relations between two small countries, both known for their dynamism and their seriousness."
