The 8th Forum des Artistes de Monaco is currently being hosted in the Spanish capital, taking place from May 25 to June 13, 2026. This significant cultural exhibition is held at the historic Pavillon Villanueva, located within the Real Jardín Botánico in Madrid. The event marks an important milestone, as it coincides with the 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Monaco and Spain, and is co-organized by the Embassy of Monaco in Spain and the Department of Cultural Affairs.
This exhibition serves as an international platform for creators from the Principality, showcasing a diverse array of works ranging from painting and sculpture to photography. By bringing these works to such a prestigious botanical setting, the forum fosters a unique dialogue between contemporary artistic expression and natural heritage, highlighting the vibrancy of the Monegasque creative scene to a global audience.
The initiative is closely linked to the Annuaire des Artistes de Monaco, a comprehensive digital directory designed to promote local talent. The platform provides a space for individual artists and cultural associations to present their professional journeys and portfolios. Every registered contributor has the autonomy to create and manage their own page, ensuring that their creative output remains visible and well-documented. Through both this digital resource and the recurring forum, the Principality continues to strengthen the reach and recognition of its local arts community.
