During his address, Prince Albert II emphasized the vital role played by the Council of Europe and its mechanisms in addressing the collective challenges confronting European societies amid a complex international climate defined by profound instability. Following the address, the princely couple posed in the Cour d'Honneur of the Palace alongside participants, including Alain Berset, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, and Tanja Gonggrijp, Deputy Secretary General.
