The Principality of Monaco is taking another decisive step toward administrative modernisation with the launch of a new fully digital service dedicated to entrepreneurs wishing to establish a sole proprietorship.
Since 25 September, aspiring business owners can now complete every step of their company creation process online through MonGuichet.mc, a centralised digital portal designed to simplify interactions between citizens and the Monegasque administration.
This innovation eliminates the need for in-person appointments and paper submissions. Entrepreneurs can submit applications, upload supporting documents, and track progress in real time — all from their computer or smartphone. The system’s accessibility 24 hours a day brings welcome flexibility to professionals, allowing them to manage administrative tasks at their own pace and outside of standard working hours.
Developed through close collaboration between the Economic Development Directorate (DDE) and the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition (DITN), this project reflects the government’s ambition to place user experience and efficiency at the heart of public service.
Beyond convenience, this new platform also serves a strategic purpose: strengthening Monaco’s economic attractiveness by making it easier and faster for entrepreneurs to start their businesses. By reducing bureaucracy and embracing digital tools, the Principality continues to position itself as a forward-thinking hub for innovation, finance, and entrepreneurship.
According to the authorities, this digital transition is part of a broader national vision to modernise administrative services and encourage economic growth while maintaining Monaco’s signature level of excellence.
For those wishing to launch their business, the new service is now live at MonGuichet.mc. Additional guidance and support are available from the Monaco Business Office by calling +377 98 98 98 98.
A seamless, smart, and simplified process — yet another example of Monaco’s digital transformation in action.
