Monaco Exhibition Traces Automotive Evolution

The Collection of Automobiles of H.S.H. the Prince is set to debut its exhibition, titled "D’HIER À AUJOURD’HUI" ("From Yesterday to Today"), offering a detailed examination of automotive advancement across generations. The exhibition will be open to the public from June 22 through September 13, 2026.

The curation features a series of pairings that showcase iconic vehicles alongside their modern successors. Highlighted duos include the Ferrari F40 and Ferrari F80, the Bugatti EB110 and Chiron Pur Sport, the Ford GT40 and Ford GT, and the Renault Maxi 5 Turbo alongside the Renault 5 Turbo 3E.

The exhibition aims to explore more than fifty years of design and innovation. By placing these vehicles in direct comparison, the display illustrates how major manufacturers have successfully reinvented legendary models while maintaining their core design identities. The exhibition invites visitors to journey through the generations of engineering that have shaped the automotive landscape.
