In a gesture of appreciation for their dedication to the sport, the City Hall of Monaco hosted a reception on Thursday, Dec. 11, to celebrate the national tennis team that has represented the Monegasque Tennis Federation for several years.
Mayor Georges Marsan presented medals to five exemplary players: Valentin Vacherot, Lucas Catarina, Benjamin Balleret, Hugo Nys and Romain Arneodo. The honorees were joined by Mélanie-Antoinette de Massy, the federation's president, along with their coaching staff, including Guillaume Couillard, Julien Wahl, Antoine Felipe and Thomas Droucourt.
The event drew several municipal officials, including First Deputy Mayor Camille Svara, Second Deputy Mayor Marjorie Crovetto, Fourth Deputy Mayor Jacques Pastor, Eighth Deputy Mayor Karyn Ardisson-Salopek, Municipal Councilors Georges Gambarini and Nathalie Vaccarezza, and Arnaud Giusti, head of the sports and associations service.

The ceremony underscored Monaco's commitment to tennis, including its involvement in competitions like the Davis Cup.
