Monaco Mayor and Municipal Council Welcome Le Pirate Blanc for Charity Donation Handover

On Tuesday, September 8, Mayor Georges Marsan and members of the Communal Council welcomed the "Pirate Blanc" (White Pirate) to mark the handover of donations collected throughout the summer as part of the “Les Voiles Blanches”operation.
The initiative gathered numerous games, toys, and books to benefit hospitalized children, utilizing two collection chests installed in the lobby of the Mairie and at the Marché de la Condamine.
Each year, the Pirate Blanc sails aboard his sailboat, the YKA, stopping at ports along the French Riviera to gather donations for the cause.
