The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has maintained the Principality of Monaco’s fiscal rating of "Compliant" (conforme) regarding the international exchange of information for tax purposes.
The evaluation, officially published on Friday, June 19, 2026, arrived via an enhanced follow-up report issued by the OECD’s Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes. The publication followed a session in March 2026 in Paris, where a Monegasque delegation defended its report during the sixth meeting of the peer review and follow-up group.
The "Compliant" status represents the highest level on the international evaluation scale, serving as validation of Monaco's rigorous and continuous application of global regulatory standards.
This latest outcome marks a direct continuity of the Principality's fiscal standing; Monaco previously achieved the same top-tier "Compliant" rating in 2018. According to statement details released by the government, the sustained performance demonstrates the long-term solidity of the legal and operational frameworks implemented by the jurisdiction to meet the expectations of the international community.
