The Urban Development Directorate (DAU) of the Monaco government has initiated a road resurfacing campaign from October 21 to November 7, 2025, to maintain the quality and safety of the principality’s road network.

To limit disruption, all work will occur exclusively at night, with adapted signage, temporary road closures, and parking restrictions in designated areas. Emergency and police services will retain full access, pedestrian routes will remain open, and bus lines affected by the works will be rerouted after 8 p.m., with specific updates provided by the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco. A provisional parking map will be distributed to residents in the impacted zones.

The schedule includes the following localized interventions:

On Rue Princesse Florestine and Rue Suffren Reymond, the night of October 21 to 22 will see closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., with parking prohibited from 4 p.m.

Boulevard d’Italie will experience a traffic closure, except for residents, between Place des Moulins and Avenue de l’Annonciade from 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the night of October 21 to 22, with parking banned from 4 p.m.

In the Gare sector of Avenue Princesse Charlotte, the downhill lane will close from 9:30 p. m. to 6 a.m. on the night of October 22 to 23, with access to the Gare parking limited to the lower entrance.

The Novotel sector of Avenue Princesse Charlotte will have traffic closed, except for residents, between Boulevard de Suisse and Avenue du Berceau from 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the night of October 22 to 23, with parking prohibited from 4 p.m.

Rue du Gabian will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the nights of October 23 to 24 and October 27 to 29, with parking banned from 4 p.m.

Avenue de Fontvieille will see closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the nights of October 29 to 31 and November 3 to 6, during which access to Wurtemberg parking will be suspended.
