Monaco is taking another significant step in its digital transformation journey with the launch of Digital LabImpact, a new series of practical workshops designed to help local businesses integrate artificial intelligence and innovative digital tools into their everyday operations.
Developed by the Délégation Interministérielle chargée de la Transition Numérique (DITN) as part of the Extended Monaco Entreprises programme, the initiative expands upon the success of the Principality’s Digital FlashUP sessions. While FlashUP provides concise introductions to major digital topics through 45-minute awareness presentations, LabImpact offers a more immersive and hands-on learning experience.
The new workshops are specifically designed for business leaders and employees seeking to move beyond theory and explore concrete applications of emerging technologies. Working in small groups, participants are encouraged to identify opportunities within their own organisations, experiment with generative artificial intelligence solutions, and develop practical strategies for implementing digital innovation.
Each session combines expert guidance, collaborative discussions, and interactive exercises, allowing attendees to gain a deeper understanding of how digital tools can enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and support business growth. The format also encourages participants to exchange experiences and reflect on evolving workplace practices in an increasingly digital environment.
Since the programme’s launch in late April, Digital LabImpact has generated strong interest within Monaco’s business community. Nearly 100 professionals representing a wide range of sectors have registered for the initiative, with more than 40 already participating in completed workshops. Five sessions have taken place so far, and an additional ten workshops are scheduled before the end of the year.
By combining awareness, experimentation, and practical implementation, Monaco continues to position itself at the forefront of digital innovation. Through initiatives such as Digital LabImpact, the Principality is equipping its business ecosystem with the knowledge and tools needed to embrace the opportunities created by artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
