The Principality of Monaco has outlined official access protocols for Port Hercule in preparation for the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show, a premier international exhibition for superyachts scheduled to take place from September 23 to September 26, 2026.
To maintain order and ensure safety across the harbour during the event, maritime authorities will implement strict navigational restrictions beginning at midnight on September 23 and remaining in effect until 6:30 p.m. on September 26.
Under the temporary regulations, all vessel movement within Port Hercule is completely prohibited between midnight and 7:00 a.m. Between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, only vessels fitted with an official identification badge issued by S.A.M. Monaco Yacht Show will be permitted to navigate inside the port. Additionally, a strict maximum speed limit of 3 knots is imposed on all watercraft within the harbour bounds throughout the duration of the show.
Boaters requiring access passes must file their applications directly with S.A.M. Monaco Yacht Show. Requests open on August 18, 2026, and must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
