Monaco is once again embracing the future with the second edition of Immersive Week, hosted at the Maison du Numérique in the Jardins d’Apolline. Running this week, the event explores the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in daily life and business. Organized by the Prince’s Government, Monaco Town Council, and Monaco Telecom, Immersive Week aims to make cutting-edge technology more accessible, bridging the digital divide and improving the quality of life for residents.
The four-day event features a combination of workshops and conferences designed for both the general public and industry professionals. The public can learn the basics of AI, from its creative potential to the challenges posed by deepfakes, while professionals will have the opportunity to engage in discussions on the technology's practical business applications.
Notably, the sessions focus on real-world uses of AI, such as automating tasks, enhancing creativity, and simplifying administrative processes. Attendees can even participate in hands-on workshops to create with AI, offering a unique chance to experience the technology firsthand.
Charles Maricic, Deputy Mayor for Digital Transition, highlighted the significance of the event, describing it as a rare opportunity to explore AI’s vast potential in improving everyday life and streamlining various aspects of work. Immersive Week underscores Monaco’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technological innovation and ensuring that everyone benefits from its progress.
