The 2026 Monte-Carlo Summer Festival is approaching its final performances after a month of world-class entertainment, with Vanessa Paradis, LP, Lisa Stansfield and Laura Pausini set to close this year's landmark 20th edition.
Organised by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and curated by Group Artistic Director Alfonso Ciulla, the festival has once again transformed the Salle des Étoiles and the Opéra Garnier into the Principality's premier summer music venues. Since its opening in early July, audiences have enjoyed performances from internationally renowned artists including Jon Batiste, Jason Derulo, Aya Nakamura, Juanes and John Legend.
The closing programme begins on 31 July, when French singer and actress Vanessa Paradis performs at the Opéra Garnier, showcasing songs from her latest album inspired by pop and 1970s soul. The following evening, LP, the American singer-songwriter behind the global hit Lost on You, takes to the Salle des Étoiles.
The festival continues on 11 August with British soul icon Lisa Stansfield, before concluding on 15 August with Italian superstar Laura Pausini, whose return to the Salle des Étoiles marks another appearance at one of Monaco's most celebrated concert venues.
Running alongside the headline performances is Soul! (where legends come back), the Sporting Monte-Carlo's original production celebrating the music of rock and roll pioneers Chuck Berry and Little Richard. The production continues at the Salle des Étoiles through 9 August, paying tribute to the timeless sounds that helped shape modern popular music.
Marking two decades since its launch in 2006, this year's festival has placed a particular emphasis on soul and R&B while embracing pop, rock and French chanson. As tradition dictates, each dinner-show evening at the Salle des Étoiles opens with a performance by the Ultramarine Girls Band, whose extensive repertoire spans more than 150 pop, rock and Latin classics.
With just a handful of performances remaining, the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival is preparing to bring another successful season to a close, reaffirming its reputation as one of the Riviera's most prestigious summer cultural events.
