The Princess Grace Awards Gala will return on Wednesday, October 29, reaffirming its status as one of Monaco’s most distinguished cultural evenings. The annual event celebrates rising talent in theater, dance, and film, continuing the philanthropic legacy of Princess Grace of Monaco, formerly Grace Kelly, the Oscar-winning actress who became royalty.
Established in 1982 by Prince Rainier III in memory of his wife following her death that same year, the Princess Grace Foundation-USA has awarded more than 800 grants to emerging artists. The gala serves as the foundation’s signature fundraising event and a platform to honor its newest award recipients.
A recently resurfaced photograph from the 1985 gala - featuring Cary Grant, Jimmy Stewart, Frank Sinatra, Gregory Peck, and Sir Roger Moore - illustrates the event’s long-standing appeal among Hollywood legends and its early role in linking Monaco’s royal heritage with the global arts community.
This year’s event will again draw notable figures from the arts, fashion, and entertainment worlds, maintaining a tradition of supporting new generations of talent.
