At the Re.Generation Future Leaders Campus (#REGEN2025), learning took place not in lectures, but in conversations — with individuals who have played central roles in shaping global conversations on sustainability, leadership, and long-term impact. Organized for the 2025 cohort of emerging leaders, the program’s core structure included a series of masterclasses designed to connect participants directly with practitioners across public, private, and civil society sectors.

The sessions focused on pressing global themes and were structured to go beyond traditional formats. Participants were given the chance to engage in open discussion, receive informal advice, and form connections intended to endure beyond the program itself.

Among the speakers was Frédéric Dufour, CEO of Maison Ruinart, who addressed the theme of sustainability in the luxury sector, examining how tradition and innovation can be used to drive environmental responsibility in premium industries. Paul Polman, business leader, campaigner, and co-author of Net Positive, led a session on the role of the private sector in social and environmental change, advocating for a redefinition of business as a force for good.

Jill Tiefenthaler, CEO of the National Geographic Society, focused on storytelling, exploration, and education as tools to safeguard the natural world and support a thriving planet. Former Norwegian State Secretary for Petroleum and Energy, Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde, addressed the global energy transition, highlighting the complexity of navigating such a shift at the policy and systemic level.

Omid Aschari, Senior Advisor to the UN Global Compact, spoke on values-based leadership and the importance of education in shaping responsible decision-makers for long-term impact. Perrine Lebrun, Corporate and Government Affairs Senior Director at Mondelēz International, presented on the future of nutrition, with an emphasis on the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and health. Kate Robertson, Co-founder and CEO of One Young World, discussed the role of youth in international leadership and the need to activate young voices at the global level.

These masterclasses were hosted in collaboration with UBS, CREM Monaco, Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, the Yacht Club de Monaco, Maison Ruinart, and the Conseil National of Monaco.

The program, under the banner of #REGEN2025, positioned these dialogues as central to its mission: to equip future leaders with direct access to experience, informed insight, and a global network committed to progress.
