Sport in Focus: Herculis EBS Photo Exhibition Brings Monaco's Athletic Spirit to Life

A powerful new photography exhibition has launched in Monaco, capturing the essence of one of the world’s most dynamic athletic events—Herculis EBS. Open now in the Fontvieille commercial gallery until 14 July, this visual showcase is part of Monaco’s year-long celebration as the World Capital of Sport 2025.

Organised by the Monaco Athletic Federation, the exhibition features ten compelling images from past editions of Herculis EBS, each frozen frame offering a glimpse into the speed, strength, and emotion of elite athletics. These works are the lenscraft of four renowned photographers—Julien Garvi, Marta Gorczynska, Sona Maleterova, and Dan Vernon—whose ability to capture motion and intensity brings the track to life even off the field.

Supported by the Museum of World Athletics (MOWA) and Monaco’s Domain Administration, the exhibition is a tribute to the timeless allure of human performance.

For fans looking to witness the real-time power behind the images, the Herculis EBS 2025 meet promises an exciting lineup. Women’s events include the 100m, 400m, 1,000m, hurdles, and shot put, while the men’s side will feature the 200m, 800m, 5,000m, steeplechase, high jump, and more.

Tickets for the main event begin at just €15, offering a front-row seat to one of the most prestigious meetings in international athletics. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or an art lover, this exhibition is a vivid reminder that athleticism is both a physical and visual spectacle.
