Stéphane Valeri appointed new President of the Société des Bains de Mer

The mandate of Mr Jean-Luc Biamonti ended at the end of the Board of Directors meeting held today .

Mr. Stéphane Valeri, director, succeeds him as of today, as President, appointed by the Board of Directors.

A graduate of ESCP Business School in 1986, Stéphane Valeri chaired the National Council of the Principality* from 2003 to 2010 and from 2018 to 2022. Appointed by the HSH Prince Albert II, Government Counselor-Minister of Social Affairs and HealthfFrom 2010 to 2017, he led the reform of private sector pensions and set up teleworking. Since 2003, as part of these functions, he has also been able to follow the evolution of the Société des Bains de Mer on a regular basis.

Commander of the Order of Saint-Charles**, Officer of the Legion of Honor, Stéphane Valeri founded and led a communications group that became a leader in the Principality between 1987 and 2003, before beginning his public career in the service of the Monegasque State.

Having become a Director of SBM by  the Board of Directors on September 23, 2022, his appointment had been ratified by the vote of the shareholders, during the Ordinary General Meeting of December 2, 2022.

For Stéphane Valeri, new President of the Société des Bains de Mer:
