Operating under the guiding principles of international cooperation, the Monegasque Red Cross (La Croix-Rouge monégasque) recently hosted a high-level working meeting designed to bolster humanitarian efforts and emergency medical infrastructure in the Palestinian territories.
The diplomatic session brought together key humanitarian figures, including Dr. Younes Al Khatib, President of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS), and Roberta Fusacchia, Head of International Relations for the Italian Red Cross. The collaborative summit focused extensively on a joint humanitarian initiative specifically formulated to expand the operational capabilities of the Palestinian Red Crescent.
Central to the delegations' agenda were targeted improvements in three critical sectors: the optimization of emergency medical responses, logistical and structural support for Al-Amal Hospital, and the implementation of enhanced safety protocols to protect field teams operating on the ground.

According to an official statement by the Monegasque Red Cross, the summit reflects a deep commitment to reinforcing partnerships between national societies. Officials emphasized that such international dialogues are essential to delivering highly coordinated, efficient, and direct humanitarian action in active crisis zones.
