Swaine, the venerable British heritage brand with more than 275 years of history, has chosen the Yacht Club of Monaco for its debut international showcase, set for October 1 through 3. This strategic move marks the company’s first major step to extend its reach beyond its longstanding London base and engage an exclusive, discerning clientele on the Riviera.
Founded on centuries-old craftsmanship traditions, Swaine is celebrated for its leather goods, umbrellas, and headwear, all meticulously handcrafted in the United Kingdom. The Monaco event will present a curated collection that highlights the brand’s iconic British aesthetic, including refined leather accessories, lifestyle objects such as game sets and humidors, and signature items like Panama hats and exotic leather pieces.
The event will also provide opportunities for private consultations, allowing prospective clients to explore bespoke commissions with Swaine’s specialist team. Monty Lowry Corry, Brand Development Director, emphasized the significance of Monaco’s sophisticated market: “Monaco represents those collectors who appreciate absolute craft, understand finery and require original offerings. We are delighted to present Swaine’s handmade pieces on the Riviera and to welcome clients for private appointments.”
This showcase at Monaco’s most prestigious members’ club underscores Swaine’s ambition to cement its position among a global elite who value heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
