In the heart of La Condamine, within easy reach of Monaco-Monte-Carlo station and nearby parking, TALA offers a considered approach to beauty and wellbeing. Hair, skin and body treatments are all part of the offer, but the studio was not conceived as a place where every possible service sits on a long menu. Its founder Magali Rigoli had something more precise in mind: fewer treatments, chosen carefully, and a stronger focus on how each one is performed. TALA is a cosy, minimalist space with clean lines, soft details and a calm atmosphere that feels removed from the pace of the city outside.

The name itself sets the tone. TALA refers to “the source”, an idea that became central to the project from the beginning. Rather than multiplying products and protocols, the studio is built around a less-is-more philosophy, with attention placed on technique, quality and personalisation. That thinking extends across the different areas of the studio. Hair services are available for both women and men, with treatments including plant-based colouring, hair cryotherapy and Genius Weft extensions made from high-quality natural hair. The aim is not transformation for its own sake, but a result that remains balanced and discreet.
The same logic applies to facial and body care. TALA offers HydraFacial, anti-ageing treatments, Endosphères, manual drainage, facial massage and body massage. There is also Vibraostica, which combines massage with a vibrating cushion and a musical vibration element designed to deepen the sense of relaxation.
What matters, according to the founder, is not the number of treatments available but the way they work together. “We never wanted to offer everything,” she explains. Each service has to fit the studio’s broader approach: to care for, improve and support, without overloading either the skin or the experience itself.
That restraint feels particularly relevant at a time when beauty routines can become increasingly complicated. TALA’s response is to bring the focus back to what a client actually needs at a particular moment. A first appointment is therefore less about choosing the most technical or impressive treatment and more about being guided towards the right one.
This personal approach is one of the studio’s defining points. Consultation and listening are treated as part of the service rather than a formality. The founder is clear that technical quality alone is not enough. It has to be accompanied by attention and an understanding that two clients asking for the same treatment may not necessarily need the same approach.

The studio was also designed from the outset for both women and men. Haircare, skincare and wellbeing are treated without unnecessary distinctions. Needs may differ, but the principles remain the same: simplicity, precision and a result that feels appropriate to the person rather than imposed by a trend.
There is also a broader shift in beauty that TALA is clearly responding to. Clients are becoming more selective about what they use and why. They are looking for treatments that make sense over time, asking more questions about ingredients and methods, and moving away from standardised ideas of what beauty should look like.
Looking after appearance is no longer separated from the idea of feeling better more generally. A facial, haircut or massage may be the reason for the appointment, but the studio is equally interested in what happens around it: taking time, slowing the pace and leaving without feeling altered beyond recognition.
That may be the clearest expression of the TALA philosophy. The objective is not to send someone back into Monaco looking like a different person. It is to refine, restore and care for what is already there — and to make the process itself feel worth the time.
