As the global community marks World Ocean Day, the Promenade du Larvotto in Monaco has become a focal point for environmental advocacy through the lens of the 2026 Environmental Photography Award exhibition. Running through July 30, 2026, the exhibition invites the public to look beyond the surface to see the ocean as a living world that is fragile, mysterious, powerful, and deeply connected to our future.
This exhibition is a core initiative of the Fondation Prince Albert II, which has long worked to reimagine our relationship with the ocean through science, conservation, action, and the power of images to inspire wonder and commitment. As noted in the exhibition themes, the ocean requires not just our attention, but our imagination, respect, and care.

The display invites visitors to discover the 2026 selection on the Promenade du Larvotto, encouraging a new perspective on marine conservation. This effort aligns with the theme of this year's World Ocean Day: "Reimagine: Beyond the World We Know, A New Relationship With Our Ocean".
